1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (nitiroydaynightspa.shop), booking our services, or contacting us via WhatsApp or phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NITI ROY – B2B Home Services Spa provides professional mobile spa and massage therapy services in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Our services include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, Corporate Wellness Programs, and related wellness services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation from our team
• Confirmation will be provided via WhatsApp or phone call within 30 minutes of booking
• Bookings are final upon confirmation. Changes must be requested at least 4 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
• All information provided during booking must be accurate and truthful

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free cancellation: More than 4 hours before appointment
• Late cancellation fee: 20% of service cost if cancelled within 2 hours
• No-show: Full service charge may apply
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or physical limitations before the appointment. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if, in our therapist's professional judgment, proceeding would risk the client's health or safety.

Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before booking.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, safe, and adequately sized space for the session
• Ensure the therapist has safe access to your property
• Treat our therapists with respect and professionalism at all times
• Be present at the scheduled time or arrange for authorized representation
• Disclose relevant health information before the session

7. Payment

Payment is due at the completion of each session unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

8. Professional Conduct

All NITI ROY therapists are certified professionals who adhere to strict codes of professional conduct. Any inappropriate behaviour towards our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

NITI ROY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service received. We are not liable for any loss or damage of personal property during sessions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
