Yes. Please notify us at least 4 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel without any charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a nominal 20% cancellation fee. Contact us via WhatsApp or call to reschedule.

Yes! NITI ROY is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including all public holidays, festivals, and special occasions. Late-night and early-morning sessions are fully available with advance booking.

A nominal late-night surcharge of ₹300 may apply for bookings between 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM. This helps us compensate our therapists fairly for unsocial hours. This will always be communicated clearly before confirmation.

Yes! We provide premium in-room spa services to hotels across Pune. Simply book with your hotel name, room number, and check-in/check-out dates. We work with both 3-star and 5-star properties.

Nothing at all! We bring everything: professional massage table, fresh towels and linen, 100% organic premium massage oils, aromatherapy diffuser, soft ambient music system, and all required accessories. Just provide a clean, spacious room (approximately 3×4 meters) and relax!

We exclusively use 100% certified organic, cold-pressed massage oils and therapeutic-grade essential oils. We never use synthetic fragrances, mineral oils, or harsh chemicals. We have allergy-friendly, unscented alternatives available on request.

Swedish Massage is ideal for stress relief, relaxation, and general wellness. Aromatherapy Massage (combining Swedish techniques with pure essential oils) is particularly effective for anxiety, mood improvement, and emotional balance. Yes! You can request a female-only or male-only therapist. If you've had a session with us before and preferred a specific therapist, mention it in your booking notes or WhatsApp message and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, completely. We have served 5,000+ clients safely across Pune over the years. All therapists carry their ID cards, are registered with our company, and follow strict professional codes of conduct. You can also ask for the therapist's details in advance via WhatsApp before confirming your booking.

We accept cash payment after the session is completed. We also accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). Payment details are shared at the time of booking confirmation. There are no hidden charges or service fees beyond the quoted price.

No hidden charges whatsoever. All prices include the therapist, all products, equipment, travel within our service area, and setup. The only additional charges (which are always communicated upfront) are: late-night surcharge (₹300 for 12 AM–6 AM) and nominal travel fees for distant locations.
